Preparation of Ayurvedic analgesic oil?
I am a school teacher. I started experiencing muscle and joint pains since I turned 43. I have to correct a lot of papers, write on the board and climb the staircase every day. I have taken by homeopathy and allopathic medicine. This has reduced the pain to a certain extent but not completely. One of my colleagues said that I could prepare my own medicine. Please suggest me the formula for preparing Ayurvedic analgesic oil?

The trick is to massage a small quantity of oil directly on the joints that muscles where you experience pain. Gently rub the oil for 10-15 minutes before you go to sleep. Cover the massaged area with a warm cloth. You can wash it off in the morning and reapply the oil sparingly.
