Ayurveda medicines for Anemia
I have been feeling weak ever since I delivered my first baby. It was a cesarean operation. I no longer have the stamina and get tired very easily. My gynecologist gave me iron tablets when I went for a medical checkup. Is there any permanent cure for anemia in Ayurveda?
Cure for Anemia depends on cause. Try taking Chyawanprash daily, 2 spoons. USe a good brand that has been made without preservatives and tested for heavy metal content.
