I am practicing naturopathy and wanted to know if douche of Bala can be used for treating infertility. Some blogs on the internet state that vaginal douche leads to infections. Is this true? Pls guide me!

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure 25 years ago. I have been taking allopathic medications to keep the symptoms and illness under control but I have experienced erectile dysfunction as a side effect. I requested my doctor to change the medication without any success. I continue to face the same problem with Telma AM. Is there any ayurvedic medicine that would take care of my erectile dysfunction without causing any side affects?
