Question: I have rosacea (inflamation and redness on nose and cheeks). Homeopathic medication did not work and applying tea tree oil only made my skin worse. The Western medicines have helped me a little bit but I feel really helpless with this problem. I am looking for a permanent cure pls help!

I am an 18 year old teen infected with psoriasis.  I have faint dry skin patches all over my knees and elbows that causes severe itching and unbearable during the winter months. Is there a permanent cure for psoriasis in Ayurvedic medicine?
