I am a busy mom and I have to take care of my husband and two children. This means that I barely get time for myself. I was browsing the net and many websites that offered CD’s and DVD’s to learn Yoga right from the comfort of my home. I once heard that Yoga is a double edged sword and that it can cause harm if not performed properly. I was wondering if I can depend on the Yoga CDs and DVD to learn all the yoga techniques properly.
